All thresholds are wheelchair accessible. The entrance door, elevator door, and doors to the reception and café are all equipped with automatic openers. Doors to the exhibitions on floors 2–6 are kept open during opening hours.
On the ground floor outside the elevator, there are also portable stools that you may bring into the exhibitions so you can sit while viewing the art.
ALLERGIES
Havremagasinet has been used for grain storage. Occasionally, oats, barley, and dust may fall from the ceiling. Strong scents may also occur in connection with certain exhibitions. If you have asthma or allergies and feel concerned about your visit, please contact us in advance.
Smoking is only permitted outside the gate.
PETS
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome, but other pets must remain outside out of consideration for visitors with allergies.
